Quality Control Process
Five-step inspection from raw material to shipment
Incoming Inspection
Raw materials — yarn, fabric, plastics — are tested for GSM, composition and colorfastness before entering the warehouse.
In-Line Inspection
QC staff patrol production lines every 2 hours, checking stitching, sizing and workmanship in real time.
Laboratory Testing
In-house lab tests water absorption, pH value and azo-free dyes to meet EU & US regulations.
Pre-Shipment AQL
Random AQL 2.5 sampling on every finished batch, with full inspection reports and photos.
Container Check
Cartons, labels and shipping marks are verified before container loading; loading process supervised.
